PURPOSE OF JOB: Perform Engines and APUs Testing in accordance with the relevant OEM specifications. This work will also include engine and APU preparation for testing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, rectification, final inspection post testing and release of all required documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform Engines and APUs Testing in accordance with the relevant OEM specifications. 2. Engine and APU preparation for testing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, rectification, final inspection post testing and release of all required documents. 3. Calibration and maintenance of the Test Cell Facility in accordance with Euravia’s applicable specifications. 4. Ensure all tasks achieve agreed quality standards and deadlines in line with customer, OEM and Company requirements 5. Work within Production Team to achieve optimum levels of performance, being particularly aware of Promised Delivery Dates (PDD) and Turn Times 6. Ensure that processes and procedures are followed to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and to the required quality standards. 7. Ensure positive working relationships and open communications within and across functional teams to facilitate effective team working. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement processes, in working practices and team efficiency within the Production arena. 9. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years direct experience within the gas turbine Engine and/or MRO industry, plus any combination of experience and education that will provide the required knowledge on engine testing; ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing; to maintain records and to read and interpret manuals, parts catalogues; ability, initiative and drive to work alone and as part of the Production Team.
