Euravia's unique R-R Conway support programme offers our customers value for money Thrust Reverser repair and overhaul, 'Reduce-to-Product' (RTP) services, and Post Design Service (PDS) support.

Euravia's skilled engineers provide a wide range of engineering services for safe and cost effective support of mature engines, thrustreversers and components. These services include updating technical specifications, processes and methods to meet current airworthness requirements, the development of new repair schemes and reverse engineering of complex or expensive parts.

Euravia provides document and inventory control services to ensure that our customers know the modification status of all parts and have real-time inventory status information.

Euravia has developed extensive capabilities for the maintenance, repair, overhaul and testing of large engine modules. We have considerable experience in overhauling thrust reversers, jet pipes, QEC components and gearboxes. Euravia's has the capabilities to deliver innovative maintenance solutions and significant ownership cost reductions the RB211, Conway, Spey, Adour , Pegasus and other similar engines.

Euravia ensures that all parts are stored and preserved in accordance with the OEM and / or customer requirements and provides disposal services for obsolete or non-repairable parts.

All parts are available ex-stock and delivered immediately 'on demand' to our customers, eliminating storage and administration costs.
