Euravia operates from 4 independent facilities, from 2 adjacent locations, in Kelbrook Lancashire. Euravia’s facilities are designed and built to meet stringent aerospace MRO standards. Over 100,000 ft² of modern, state of the art workshops, office accommodation, test facilities and warehouses are available to meet our Customers’ requirements. The main buildings are as follows:
The premises comprise a detached industrial building with two single-storey extensions. The main building is of single storey construction, with a mezzanine floor and two-storey office incorporated internally.
The Workshop: Situated on the ground floor. This accommodates Inspection, NDT Facility (MPI and FPI processes), Stores, Repair, Test Cell Office and Test Cell preparation areas. This area also accommodates the Quality and Engineering Offices. A mezzanine is situated above a part of the Workshop accommodates Management Offices, Customer Support, Purchasing, IT department, Accounts Office and Conference rooms.
The Test Cell Facility: Attached to the West of the building, a single storey extension, with specialist extraction and insulation equipment.
The premises comprise an industrial building of single storey construction, with a mezzanine floor attached to Euravia House.
Assembly Line: Situated on the ground floor. This accommodates the Engine and APU Build Line, Balancing Room, Grinding & Utility areas and Final Inspection area.
Mezzanine: Situated above a part of the Workshop, utilised for Accessories Shop, Rig Testing, Airflow Testing Area (sound proofed room), offices for Directors and Senior Managers.
The premises comprise a detached industrial building containing the Receiving Bay, Engine Disassembly, Processes & Cleaning area and Paint booths. Additional offices, Training Classrooms and Customer Dedicated Hot Desks are also available.
The premises comprise a detached single storey industrial building with the whole of the ground floor being utilised for storage, maintenance and repair activities.
