PT6A-41 Capabilities

Larger than the standard PT6A for higher ratings

The PT6A-41 is the medium version of the dependable Pratt and Whitney Canada free turbine engine.  With the build of the reverse inlet flow ease of repair and hot section rebuilds are key to the PT6 model success. The -41 uses new technology featuring a two-stage power turbine and new increased mass flow compressor. This turboprop engine is heavily flat rated delivers 903 eshp and 850 shp for take-off. The -41 is used in Beechcraft King Air 200/B200 and the Piper Cheyenne III/III Aircraft.
